Dear Mum
As the new year of 2020 dawned, I felt an overwhelming sadness of losing my true guiding light, my special lady, my Mum. My heart is broken and tears glisten my eyes every day from the ache of missing you. Then my heart smiled as l felt the warmth of your love with peace and happiness as I remembered ‘Auld Lang Syne’ and I thank you for giving me a lifetime of happy ‘Auld Lang Times’ to remember you by, always.
